You will assist with casting and traction, support in the wards, clinic, and OR, and help residents, nurses, and technologists with proper procedures.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED and 2+ years in Orthopedics, with the ability to lift 50 lbs and communicate with patients from diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years experience in Orthopedics or related field required.
• Strong ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate office equipment.

Responsabilités

• Assist with casting, splinting, and traction techniques.
• Apply, modify, and dismantle traction equipment.
• Complete rounds and required documentation.
• Support residents, nurses, and technologists with proper application techniques.
• Provide patient education and ensure safety in care delivery.
