Job summary

Providence Swedish is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver and supervise OT services, perform evaluations, and develop plans of care to maximize patient outcomes. The OT will implement and reassess care, participate in discharge planning, and may work with pediatric/adolescent orthopedic patients across inpatient and outpatient settings at Ballard and Issaquah clinics.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Washington Occupational Therapist License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
