Providence Swedish is seeking an Occupational Therapist to deliver and supervise OT services, evaluating patients and developing individualized plans of care to maximize functional outcomes. You will participate in discharge planning within a team-based approach, with potential work at Ballard and Issaquah clinics, inpatient and outpatient settings.

Qualified candidates will hold a Washington OT license and a current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Washington OT License upon hire.
• National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver and supervise occupational therapy services.
• Perform evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Maximize functional outcomes and reassess treatment results.
• Participate in discharge planning as part of a team approach.
• Coverage may be required for inpatient and outpatient services at Ballard and Issaquah clinics.
