The OT will participate in discharge planning and may care for pediatric/adolescent orthopedic patients.

Qualifications

• Coursework/Training: Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Upon hire: Washington Occupational Therapist License.
• Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association.

Responsabilités

• Deliver and supervise occupational therapy services.
• Perform evaluations and develop individual plans of care.
• Implement and reassess plans of care, and participate in discharge planning.
• Provide care for pediatric/adolescent orthopedic patients as required.
• Coverage of inpatient and outpatient services at Ballard and Issaquah clinics.
