Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group in Tacoma is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator for a temporary role that could become permanent. You will work with kids and parents, explain treatment plans and insurance options, and ensure accurate documentation while managing appointment schedules in a fast-paced, kid-friendly setting.

The position offers a daytime, full-time schedule with competitive pay and benefits, including insurance, 401K, PTO, and education opportunities.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required; dental experience is a plus.
• Dental Radiology Certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
• Knowledge of orthodontic procedures, dental insurance, and financing options is preferred.
• Full-time role (30+ hours per week).
• Dependable with strong attention to detail.
• Travel to our Des Moines location 1-2 times per week is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming kiddos and making them feel comfortable.
• Presenting orthodontic treatment plans and explaining insurance coverage and financing options.
• Ensuring treatment documentation is completed, signed, and accurate.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Creating a fun and engaging experience for each kiddo.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
