Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator for a temporary role with potential to move to permanent status. The role involves coordinating treatment plans, explaining insurance options, and supporting kids through visits.

The position is full-time (30+ hours/week) with daytime shifts and a pay range of $23–$25 per hour. Travel to Des Moines location 1–2 times weekly may be required.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience required; dental experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming ke kiddos and making them feel comfortable.
• Presenting orthodontic treatment plans and explaining insurance coverage and financing options.
• Ensuring all necessary treatment documentation is completed, signed, and accurate.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Creating a fun and engaging experience for each kiddo.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
