Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group in Denver, CO is seeking an Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator for Colorado Kids Dental to enhance children’s dental experiences and coordinate care.

You will present treatment plans, explain insurance and financing options, and support a fast-paced pediatric team focused on positive, stress-free visits for families.

Qualifications

• Customer service or sales experience is required; dental experience is a plus.
• Dental Radiology Certification is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people skills.
• High level knowledge of orthodontic procedures, dental insurance, and financing options is preferred.
• Full-time role (30+ hours per week).
• Must be dependable with a strong attention to detail.
• CPR Certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming kiddos and making them feel comfortable.
• Presenting orthodontic treatment plans and explaining insurance coverage and financing options.
• Ensuring all necessary treatment documentation is completed, signed, and accurate.
• Schedule and confirm appointments.
• Creating a fun and engaging experience for each kiddo.
• Ensuring smooth patient flow and maintaining a kid-friendly environment.
