Job summary

Lone Peak Dental Group in Washington state seeks a reliable Orthodontic Assistant to support pediatric patients in a fast-paced, team-driven practice. You will assist orthodontists, prepare rooms, capture X-rays, and maintain instruments while ensuring a positive patient experience.

Travel to the Tacoma office as needed is required; the full-time role offers a schedule that includes Tuesday 8-5, occasional Mondays, and some Saturdays, with benefits such as medical, dental & vision, 401K, PTO,

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years of orthodontic experience required.
• Completion of an accredited orthodontic assistant program preferred.
• Additional certification or training is a plus.
• Experience with Denticon software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment rooms for orthodontic procedures.
• Assist orthodontists during patient appointments and procedures.
• Take dental X-rays.
• Maintain orthodontic instruments and equipment.
• Instruct patients on proper oral hygiene and care techniques.
• Keep accurate patient records and documentation.
• Ensure smooth patient flow.
