Job summary

Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics seeks an Oral Surgery Assistant to join our high-energy team in California. The role supports the oral surgeon, prepares treatment areas, assists during procedures, and ensures patient comfort from check-in to post-op care.

You have at least 2 years in an oral surgery setting, a DA certificate and RDA license (or equivalent), OMSA and ACLS are a plus, and familiarity with Dentrix is valued. We offer comprehensive benefits and a kid-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years in an oral surgery office.
• Active DA Certificate and RDA license preferred.
• OMSA certification and ACLS certification are highly desirable.
• Knowledge of Dentrix software is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare treatment area and patient for surgery.
• Assist the doctor during procedures and recovery.
• Maintain infection control and charting in patient records.
• Coordinate post-op instructions and follow-up calls.
