Job summary

The Registered Nurse will provide and supervise direct and indirect total nursing care, utilizing the nursing process to achieve the goals of the department. 12 months of clinical experience in a related area is required, with BSN and NC licensure mandatory.

Qualifications

• Must have graduated from an accredited BSN program.
• Current or compact RN licensure in North Carolina required. BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provide and supervise direct and indirect total nursing care in the Pediatric OR.
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure patient safety and optimal outcomes.
