Qualifications

• BSN degree required or in progress.
• Illinois RN license.
• 2+ years OR experience.
• CNOR preferred.
• Scrub experience.
• Pediatric acute care, plastic reconstructive surgery, orthopedic and spine experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• The OR Registered Nurse provides nursing care to our pediatric patients within the operating room, performs assessments and interventions designed to keep the patients safe during surgery.
• Assists the physician in accomplishing the plan of care for the patient and to provide continuity between the patient care unit and the Operating Room.
• Take call at least 1x/week and rotating weekends.

Education
