Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for the OR in a pediatric acute care hospital in Dayton, Ohio. This PRN position offers flexible scheduling and self-scheduling opportunities, with the ability to work around your availability.

Ideal candidates have OR experience in pediatrics, Ohio RN license, and ACLS/BLS certifications; CNOR is highly preferred. Start date is as soon as credentialing is completed and W2 employment is offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year RN experience in OR (Peds).
• Ohio RN license required.
• ACLS certification required.
• BLS certification required.
• PALS certification preferred.
• CNOR highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• The OR Registered Nurse provides nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room, performing assessments and interventions to keep patients safe during surgery.
• Assists physicians in the plan of care and ensures continuity of care between the patient care unit and the OR.
