Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses (RNs) for OR for a pediatric acute care hospital in Dayton, Ohio.

This PRN opportunity allows nurses to apply for their passion in nursing and being in the OR. Candidates with OR experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years RN experience in OR (Peds).
• Ohio RN license required.
• BSN degree required or in progress.
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
• ACLS/BLs required; PALS preferred.
• CNOR highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• The OR Registered Nurse provides nursing care to pediatric patients within the operating room and performs assessments to keep patients safe during surgery.
• Assists the physician in executing the plan of care and ensures continuity between the patient care unit and the OR.
