Our OR team offers a 3/10 dayshift schedule, requires a MO RN license and BSN (in progress acceptable); BLS and PALS are required within 1 year. CNOR preferred, with opportunities across Shriners facilities in the U.S. and beyond.

Qualifications

• BSN degree required or in progress.
• Missouri RN license required.
• 2+ years OR experience.
• BLS certification required.
• PALS certification within one year of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room.
• Involve patient, family, and health care team in an individualized plan of care.
• Implement and document the plan of care.
• Document all components of the plan of care in the health record.
• Evaluate patient/family understanding of the plan of care.

Skills

2+ years OR experience

Education

BSN degree or in progress

Missouri RN license

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification

PALS certification (within 1 year)

CNOR highly preferred
