Shriners Children’s is seeking a Pediatric Registered Nurse (RN) in Surgical Services to provide expert nursing care for pediatric patients in the Operating Room. The RN will perform assessments, safety checks, and support the surgical team within the SHC practice model.

Responsibilities include coordinating care with families, leading in-room safety, and contributing to quality improvement. Active RN license and BLS/PALS/ACLS within 1 year are required; BSN preferred.

Formación

• RN license in state of practice.
• BLS, PALS, ACLS to be obtained within 1 year of employment.
• BSN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provides nursing care to pediatric patients in the Operating Room.
• Performs assessments and interventions to keep patients safe.
• Coordinates care with families and transitions in the OR.
• Demonstrates leadership and quality improvement efforts.
• Supports documentation and collaboration with the care team.
