Wise Medical Staffing is seeking experienced Registered Nurses for OR assignments in a pediatric acute care hospital in Dayton, Ohio. This PRN opportunity allows nurses to pursue their passion for pediatric surgery and the operating room. OR experience is strongly encouraged.

The role requires an OR RN with pediatric experience, valid Ohio RN license, and active BLS/ACLS; CNOR is highly preferred. Competitive pay and flexible scheduling are offered with W2 employment.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2-year RN experience in OR (Peds).
• Ohio RN License required.
• BSN degree required or in progress.
• Strong patient assessment and critical thinking skills.
• Must have American Heart Association.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• PALS certification preferred.
• CNOR highly preferred.
• Prior pediatric acute care, plastic reconstructive surgery and laser experience a plus.

Aufgaben

• The OR Registered Nurse provides nursing care to pediatric patients in the operating room and performs assessments to keep patients safe during surgery.
• Assists the physician in the plan of care and ensures continuity between the patient care unit and the Operating Room.
