Job summary

Wise Medical Staffing is seeking an experienced OR RN for a pediatric acute care hospital in Dayton, Ohio. This PRN role involves caring for pediatric surgical patients in the OR and collaborating with the surgical team to maintain patient safety during procedures.

Candidates must have 2+ years of OR experience, Ohio RN license, BSN or in progress, and current BLS/ACLS; CNOR is highly preferred and PALS is a plus. Flexible scheduling and W2 employment are offered.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-year RN experience in OR (Peds).
• Ohio RN License required.
• BSN degree required or in progress.
• Current BLS certification required.
• ACLS certification required.
• CNOR highly preferred.
• PALS certification preferred.
• Pass background screening and onboarding requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care to pediatric patients in the OR and perform safety assessments.
• Assist physicians and ensure continuity between the patient care unit and the Operating Room.
