The Children’s Eye Center of El Paso is a world‑class pediatric eyecare center dedicated to patients from infancy through age 18. There are no adult lanes, and the practice is built for children.

We seek an Optometrist to join a highly specialized team; base salary is $180,000 with production bonus and potential for higher total compensation, plus relocation help and comprehensive benefits including health insurance and CME leave.

Qualifications

• OD degree required and TX license eligibility preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and customer-service oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive eye exams.
• Diagnose and assist in treatment of ocular disease.
• Prescribe corrective lenses and manage patient vision care.
• Provide pre- and post-operative care when needed.
• Educate patients and families about eye health.
• Maintain detailed patient records and treatment plans.
