The Children’s Eye Center of El Paso is seeking an experienced Pediatric Optician to join a fast-paced, high-volume optical team serving children and families. You will measure, fit, and dispense eyewear, style frames, and guide parents through lens options to ensure comfort and proper vision for young patients.

Qualifications

• Previous optician experience required.
• Frame styling experience required.
• Experience with eyewear measurements, fitting, adjustments, and dispensing.
• Must enjoy working with children.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Style and recommend frames based on facial features, prescription, fit, age, and lifestyle.
• Measure, fit, adjust, and dispense eyewear accurately.
• Work with infants to teens in a busy, high-volume environment.
• Educate parents on frame and lens options.
• Handle repairs, warranties, special orders, and exchanges.
• Assist with insurance verification and optical checkout.
• Maintain organized frame display and inventory.
