Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center seeks an exceptional fellowship-trained Oculoplastic and Orbital Surgeon to lead our Oculoplastics Program. This is a unique faculty opportunity to direct a nationally recognized pediatric ophthalmology division.

The successful candidate will shape the future of pediatric oculoplastic care through clinical innovation, education, and research while aligning the program with their expertise and interests.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or equivalent.
• Board certified or board eligible in Ophthalmology.
• Fellowship training in Oculoplastic and Orbital Surgery.
• Eligibility for medical licensure in Ohio.
• Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, collaboration, teaching, and academic scholarship.
• Leadership experience or potential to build and lead innovative clinical programs is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategic growth of a comprehensive pediatric oculoplastics and orbital surgery program.
• Develop clinical centers of excellence in congenital eyelid disorders, orbital disease, lacrimal surgery and more.
• Shape referral pathways regionally and nationally while supporting programmatic growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams across departments and divisions.
• Provide academic leadership in ophthalmology education, research and scholarly activities.
• Build a nationally and internationally recognized destination program.
