Qualifications
- MD, DO, or equivalent.

- Demonstrated commitment to clinical excellence, collaboration, teaching, and academic scholarship.
- Leadership experience or potential to build and lead innovative clinical programs is preferred.
Responsibilities

This is a unique faculty opportunity to direct a nationally recognized program within one of the country’s largest and most comprehensive pediatric ophthalmology divisions.
As Oculoplastics Director, the successful candidate will have the opportunity to build on the foundation built by Dr. Jeff Nerad and others to shape the future of pediatric oculoplastic care through clinical innovation, multidisciplinary collaboration, education, and research while developing a program aligned with their individual expertise and interests.
- Lead the strategic growth of a comprehensive pediatric oculoplastics and orbital surgery program.
- Develop clinical centers of excellence in areas including congenital eyelid disorders, orbital disease, lacrimal surgery, pediatric facial trauma, vascular anomalies, thyroid eye disease, anophthalmia/microphthalmia, orbital tumors, and reconstructive surgery.
- Shape referral pathways across the region and nationally while participating in programmatic growth initiatives supported by hospital leadership.
