Job summary

LIFESPAN Services in Burlington, NC is seeking an Occupational Therapy Supervisor for a part-time hybrid role. You will lead a small team of OTAs, perform evaluations for new children, and develop personalized care plans to support early learning and independent daily activities.

You will oversee a team of 2-3 OTAs, review notes, and ensure timely updates to evaluations and care plans, contributing to meaningful progress for children and families.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited occupational therapy program (including all fieldwork requirements).
• Successfully passed the Occupational Therapy National Certification Examination and be licensed by the States Board of Medicine
• Current NBCOT license
• Master's Degree in Occupational Therapy Required
• Minimum 1 year pediatric experience preferred
• A valid driver's license, reliable transportation and automobile insurance are required for this position.
• Pass NCDEE criminal record and healthcare registry check
