Job summary

Foundations Pediatric Therapy is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapy Assistant to support a growing program at Kids First Sports Center in Cincinnati. This part-time role offers potential growth into full-time and a chance to impact children’s development in a community-based setting.

You will work under a licensed OT, delivering services to children from birth through age 12, and collaborate with families and other professionals.

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• Current Ohio OTA license.
• 1+ year pediatric experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide OT services to children from birth through age 12 under supervision.
• Implement treatment plans and monitor progress.
• Support families with carryover of skills.
• Collaborate with other professionals to support families.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation of services.
• Schedule clients and coordinate with the department.
• Assist leadership in shaping innovative programming.
