North Carolina Baptist Hospital seeks a licensed Occupational Therapist to join our Georgia clinical team. The role centers on pediatric OT assessments, intervention planning, and family education to support child development.

The position requires a Bachelor’s in OT, active state licensure, and CPR certification. Expect hands-on testing (MMT, goniometry), documentation, IFSP participation, and potential home or clinic-based visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• One year of experience in occupational therapy.
• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the state with current licensure.
• CPR Certification every two years.
• Valid applicable state driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Perform specialized tests such as manual muscle testing and goniometry.
• Conduct both individual and multidisciplinary evaluations and document findings.
• Plan intervention strategies and communicate with families about child development.
• Provide OT treatment including neuro-developmental and sensory motor therapy.
• Document goals and progress; participate in IFSP as needed.
• Participate in chart reviews and attend relevant meetings; assist in quality assurance.
