Job summary

Speak To Me Inc. in Mooresville, NC is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) to join a fun, collaborative pediatric therapy team. The role focuses on ages 0–18 using a Sensory Integration–based approach within a multidisciplinary setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of outpatient pediatric experience; 2+ years preferred.
• Experience with Sensory Integration (SI) therapy.
• OTR/L credentials required and licensed in North Carolina.
• Fingerprinting and background check completed.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and progress reports.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Complete timely daily documentation.
• Participate in monthly team meetings.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members (PTs, SLPs, etc.).
• Partner with families to provide education, coaching, and home programming.
