Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited university.
• One year of experience in occupational therapy.
• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in the State with current licensure.
• CPR Certification every two years.
• Valid applicable state driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Perform specialized tests such as manual muscle testing and goniometry.
• Provide evaluations and write summaries for team plans.
• Plan intervention strategies and communicate with families about strengths and needs.
• Deliver occupational therapy treatments to enhance sensory motor functioning.
• Document goals and progress; participate in IFSP as needed.
• Attend chart reviews and relevant workshops to improve practice.
• Attend staff or committee meetings as needed.
• Perform other related duties incidental to the work described herein.
