Job summary

CrewBloom, Inc. is seeking licensed Occupational Therapists to support preschool and school-age students in New York's school-based and clinic-based settings. Contracts are available in multiple NYC boroughs, with start as early as November 2026 and through June 2027.

Clinicians will work with diverse learners, providing individualized therapy, along with onsite mentorship and clinical support. New graduates are welcome to apply, and strong collaboration with school staff is encouraged.

Qualifications

• Valid New York State OT license required.
• Pediatric and school-based experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services aligned with IEP goals for preschool and school-age students.
• Deliver therapy in school-based and clinic-based settings with assigned placements.
• Support fine motor, sensory processing, and sensory integration development.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including daily notes and IEP updates.
• Collaborate with educational and clinical professionals to support student progress.
