Job summary

CrewBloom, Inc. seeks licensed Occupational Therapists for contract roles supporting preschool and school-age students in New York. Opportunities exist in school-based and clinic-based settings, with both full-time and part-time positions available.

Qualifications

• Must hold Valid New York State Occupational Therapist license (NYS OT).
• Experience with pediatric populations and school-based caseloads preferred.
• Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services aligned with students' IEP goals.
• Deliver therapy to preschool and school-age students based on placements and caseloads.
• Support development of fine motor skills, sensory processing, and sensory integration.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, including daily notes, annual reviews, and IEP updates.
• Collaborate with educational and clinical professionals to support student progress.
