Job summary

CrewBloom, Inc. seeks licensed Occupational Therapists to support preschool and school-age students in New York, in both school-based and clinic-based settings.

Positions are contract-based, full-time or part-time, with on-site locations at multiple boroughs and immediate clinical support. New graduates are welcome to apply, and start dates may begin as early as November 2026 through June 2027, depending on district needs.

Responsibilities

• Provide occupational therapy services aligned with students' IEP goals.
• Deliver therapy to preschool and school-age students based on placements and caseloads.
• Support development of fine motor, sensory processing, and sensory integration skills.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation including daily notes, annual reviews, and IEP updates.
• Collaborate with educational and clinical staff to support student progress.

Job description

We are seeking licensed Occupational Therapists for contract opportunities supporting preschool and school-age students in school-based and clinic-based settings in New York. Full-time and part-time positions are available.

Clinicians will work with students from diverse backgrounds and age groups, providing individualized occupational therapy to support their developmental, sensory, and functional needs. Onsite mentorship and clinical support are provided, and new graduates are welcome to apply.

Current locations include Staten Island, the Bronx, Manhattan, and Brooklyn. Contracts are expected to start as early as November 2026 and continue through June 2027.

Key Responsibilities
