Job summary

A Step Ahead Pediatric Therapy in Indiana is seeking a licensed Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our family-owned clinic. The role involves providing occupational therapy services in our clinic and in-home through the First Steps program, on a full-time W-2 basis.

You will conduct evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, collaborate with fellow therapists, and communicate progress to parents and caregivers.

Qualifications

• Current license to practice Occupational Therapy in Indiana.
• Experience in pediatric occupational therapy preferred.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
