Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats patients with occupational performance disorders/delays, using age-appropriate motor, sensory, cognitive and psychosocial goals.
• Builds rapport with physicians, families, and staff; supervises rehab technicians and students.
• Coordinates care with other disciplines; plans discharge and home program education.
• Maintains documentation per Joint Commission and CARF standards; participates in total quality management.
• Performs miscellaneous job related duties as requested.
