Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program is required.
• Pediatrics experience preferred.
• NBCOT Certification is required.
• Arizona OT license eligibility required.
• Current AZ DPS fingerprint clearance card before start date required.
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association before start date required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats pediatric patients with OT needs across age ranges, applying developmentally appropriate interventions.
• Builds rapport with families, healthcare teams, and community resources; supervises rehab technicians and students.
• Coordinates patient care across disciplines and assists in discharge planning; provides home program education.
