Job summary

Responsibilities include collaborating with physicians and staff, developing individualized plans, documenting in compliance with standards, and guiding discharge planning and home programs for ongoing therapy.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited OT program is required.
• Pediatrics experience is preferred (ortho, neuro, developmental).
• NBCOT certification is required.
• Arizona OT license eligibility required.
• DPS fingerprint clearance card required before start.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates and treats pediatric patients from neonate to adolescent.
• Develops age-appropriate treatment plans and goals with families.
• Coordinates care with other disciplines and participates in discharge planning.
• Maintains documentation per Joint Commission and CARF standards.
• Provides supervision to rehab technicians and students.
