Cortica is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our Vista, CA team. You’ll deliver play‑based, evidence‑driven therapy to help children build meaningful life skills and participate in daily activities, while collaborating with Speech‑Language Pathologists, Behavior Analysts, and physicians.

We support clinicians with clinical autonomy, ongoing education, and a collaborative culture that values families, play, and measurable progress.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Current California OT license required.
• Experience with pediatric therapy and family‑centered care preferred.
• Ability to collaborate with an interdisciplinary clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Complete comprehensive occupational therapy evaluations using standardized assessments.
• Develop and implement individualized, play‑based treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy focusing on sensory processing, fine motor skills, self‑care, and participation.
• Collaborate with families and a diverse clinical team for integrated care.
• Engage in co‑treatment sessions when appropriate and educate caregivers.
