Qualifications

• 10+ years of pediatric outpatient experience

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group-based occupational therapy services to children birth through age 12.
• Complete comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized plans of care.
• Consult with families and support carryover of skills.
• Collaborate with other professionals to support families served.
• Provide timely and accurate documentation of services.
• Schedule clients.
• Communicate with other departments to support the program.
• Serve as a clinical resource and partner with leadership to grow programming.
