The role requires Oregon OT licensure, a valid driver’s license, current AHA Basic Life Support certification, and at least one year of therapy experience. You will participate in an interdisciplinary care team, document findings promptly, and support patient

Qualificações

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA-accredited college or university.
• Must have necessary requisites for licensure as an Occupational Therapist by the Oregon State Board and a valid Oregon driver’s license; ability to travel to SCHS sites and trainings. Current AHA BLS for Healthcare Providers.
• One year of experience with therapy procedures and rehabilitation practices is required.

Responsabilidades

• Adheres to Oregon State Occupational Therapy Licensing Board requirements.
• Provides occupational therapy evaluation and treatment.
• Provides staff consultation and training.
• Provides community resource knowledge and referral services.
• Gathers data and documents information timely with compliance.
