Job summary

St. Charles Health System in Bend, Oregon seeks an Occupational Therapist for acute care. You will evaluate, plan, and treat patients per physician orders, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team to optimize function and discharge planning.

Requirements include OT licensure in Oregon, valid driver’s license, BLS, and at least one year of therapy experience. Travel to multiple SCHS sites may be required; a comprehensive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current Oregon OT license and valid driver's license; ability to travel as needed.
• BLS for Healthcare Providers required.

Responsibilities

• Perform OT evaluation and provide treatment as prescribed.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary care team for patient goals.
• Document data timely in EMR and maintain regulatory compliance.
• Provide staff training and community resource referrals.
• Ensure safety, confidentiality, and professionalism in all duties.
