Integrated Pediatric Therapy in Pleasanton, CA is expanding its pediatric OT evaluation team. We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) for part-time, per-diem, or full-time opportunities to conduct evaluations across school-based and outpatient settings and translate findings into practical recommendations.

This role emphasizes clinical reasoning, collaboration with families and schools, and producing comprehensive reports.

Qualifications

• Active California OT license.
• Pediatric OT experience in outpatient, school-based, or Early Intervention settings.
• Strong clinical reasoning, assessment, documentation, and report-writing skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Experience with school-based evaluations or IEEs preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pediatric OT evaluations using standardized assessments, clinical observations, and caregiver/teacher interviews.
• Evaluate fine motor, visual-motor, sensory-motor, self-care, and functional participation skills.
• Prepare comprehensive, individualized reports with meaningful recommendations.
• Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary teams.
• Participate in IEP meetings when applicable.

Part-Time / Per Diem | Full-Time Opportunities Available

Integrated Pediatric Therapy (IPT) is a growing pediatric practice providing family-centered, neurodiversity-affirming occupational therapy services across outpatient, school-based, and Early Intervention settings.

We believe meaningful evaluations go beyond standardized scores to understand each child's strengths, functional needs, family, and everyday environment.

About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist who enjoys evaluations, clinical reasoning, and translating assessment findings into practical, individualized recommendations.

Our immediate need is for part-time or per-diem therapists to conduct:

• School-based OT evaluations, including Independent Educational Evaluations (IEEs)
• Outpatient pediatric OT evaluations

Full-time opportunities are also available for therapists interested in combining evaluations with direct pediatric OT services in our clinic and Early Intervention programs.

Compensation

$100 to $150/hr
