Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking licensed pediatric occupational therapists (OTs) and occupational therapy assistants (COTAs) to provide in-home therapy across Texas. The role focuses on helping children build independence and daily functioning in their homes and communities.

We offer full- and part-time schedules, a supportive clinician-led culture, CEU/licensing reimbursement, and opportunities for growth. Sign-on bonus of $3,000 is available.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT or COTA license (Texas).
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs).
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (COTAs).
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development.
• Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards.

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification

Preferred:

• At least 1+ year of pediatric experience
• Home health experience
