Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking licensed OTs and COTAs for in-home pediatric therapy across Texas. You will deliver evidence-based OT services in the home and community, focusing on improving daily living skills and development for children with diverse needs.

The role offers full-time or part-time options, clinician-led mentorship, and reimbursement for CEUs and licenses, with a supportive team and meaningful community impact.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license (TX)
• Current CPR certification
• At least 1 year pediatric OT experience preferred
• Home health experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs).
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (COTAs).
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development.
• Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards
