Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Baytown, TX is hiring Occupational Therapists (OTs) and Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to deliver in-home therapy for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs.

Provide evidence-based pediatric OT, assessments, treatment plans, and families education, with flexible full- and part-time options across Texas. Join a clinician-owned team that values HALOS and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT or COTA license (TX)
• Current CPR certification
• 1+ year of pediatric OT experience (preferred)
• Home health experience (preferred)

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric OT in home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring
• Implement treatment plans under supervision (COTAs)
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
• Educate families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams
• Document care in an EMR system
• Maintain compliance with clinical and regulatory standards

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) or Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) license (Texas)
• Current CPR certification

Preferred:

• At least 1+ year of pediatric occupational therapy experience
• Home health experience
