Job summary

Little Land Pediatric Therapy is seeking a pediatric occupational therapist to evaluate children, identify developmental needs, and develop individualized treatment plans. You will implement evidence-based interventions to enhance motor, sensory, and functional skills, while collaborating with families to reinforce progress outside sessions.

The role requires strong clinical and communication skills and an active Texas OT license, with ongoing collaboration within interdisciplinary therapy

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy.
• Active Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility).
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
• Be Licensed in the State of Texas.

Our occupational therapy team supports children in building fine motor skills, sensory processing abilities, coordination, and independence.
