Job summary

The Little Gym International Inc is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join their team at Little Land Pediatric Therapy. In this role, you will evaluate pediatric patients, develop individualized treatment plans, and implement evidence-based therapy interventions to support children's development of critical skills.

You will work collaboratively with families and interdisciplinary teams to enhance children's progress. A Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy and an active license are required.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility).
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.

What You'll Do

• Evaluate pediatric patients and identify areas of developmental need
• Develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions
• Support children in developing motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Collaborate with families to support progress outside therapy sessions
• Maintain strong clinical documentation and patient records
• Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary therapy teams

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy
• Active Occupational Therapist license (or eligibility)
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong clinical and communication skills
