Job summary

Little Land Pediatric Therapy is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to support children in developing fine motor, sensory, and functional skills in daily life. You will evaluate patients, create individualized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions in a supportive setting.

This on-site role requires collaboration with families and interdisciplinary teams, supervision of COTA, and meticulous documentation. Texas licensure is required or eligibility.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate in Occupational Therapy is required.
• Active Occupational Therapist license or eligibility in Texas.
• Experience working with pediatric populations preferred.
• Strong clinical and communication skills.
