Job summary

Little Land Pediatric Therapy in Texas is seeking a Pediatric Occupational Therapist to join our play-based therapy team. You will assess children, develop personalized treatment plans, and deliver evidence-based interventions.

Collaborating with families, documenting progress, and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams are key. A Master’s or Doctorate in OT and an active OT license (or eligibility) are required or pending licensure in Texas.

Qualifications

• Master’s or Doctorate degree in Occupational Therapy required.
• Active OT license or eligibility required.
• Experience with pediatric populations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate pediatric patients and identify developmental needs.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
