Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring pediatric occupational therapists (OTs) to provide in-home therapy across Colorado. You will evaluate, design, and implement individualized plans to help children build independence and daily functioning, while collaborating with families and clinicians.

We offer flexible scheduling (full-time and part-time), mentorship, and opportunities for growth within a clinician-owned organization committed to compassionate, high-quality home health care.

Formación

• Active, unrestricted OT license (Colorado)
• Graduate of an accredited OT program
• Current CPR certification

Responsabilidades

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs)
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
• Document care in an electronic medical record system
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards

Locations: Denver, Broomfield, Westminster, Federal Heights, Arvada
Pay Range: $65–$85 per visit
Estimated Annual Salary: $62,400 – $122,400

Sign On Bonus: $5,000

What You’ll Do

Qualifications

Required:

• Active, unrestricted Occupational Therapist (OT) license (Colorado)
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification

Preferred:

• 1+ year of pediatric experience
• Home health experience
