Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is hiring Occupational Therapists to provide in-home therapy services for children with developmental, physical, and sensory needs.

This role offers flexible scheduling (full-time or part-time) and strong clinical support with ongoing mentorship, CEU reimbursement, and leadership opportunities within a clinician-owned organization serving the medically fragile community since 2000.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Colorado OT license.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community.
• Perform evaluations, assessments, and ongoing progress monitoring (OTs).
• Develop and/or execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor skills, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social/emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an electronic medical record system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

Required:

• Graduate of an accreditedOccupational Therapy program
• Current CPR certification

Preferred:

• 1+ year of experience as a COTA
• Pediatric or home health experience
