Job summary

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health in Texas is seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric OT services in the home and community, part-time or full-time.

You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and support families to carry over strategies in daily routines, while collaborating with physicians and the care team. Comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted OT license (Texas).
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based pediatric OT in home and community.
• Perform evaluations and ongoing progress monitoring.
• Develop and execute individualized treatment plans and goals.
• Deliver interventions to improve ADLs, fine motor, sensory processing, feeding, cognition, and social-emotional development.
• Educate and empower families and caregivers for carryover in daily routines.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Document care in an EMR system.
• Maintain compliance with all clinical and regulatory standards.

What You’ll Do

• Provide evidence-based pediatric occupational therapy in the home and community

Qualifications

Required

Preferred

• 1+ year of pediatric experience
• Home health experience
