BAYADA Home Health Care, Inc. is seeking an Occupational Therapist (OT) for Early Intervention & Pediatric work in Delaware with flexible scheduling.

You will partner with families, empower caregivers, and deliver therapy in homes, childcare settings, and community environments. The role offers part-time (25+ visits/week) or per diem (5 visits/week) options, pay up to $80 per visit, and benefits including PTO, health/dental/vision insurance, 401(k) with company match, and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five, and/or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsabilités

What You’ll Do
