Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care is hiring an Occupational Therapist for Early Intervention in Delaware, offering per diem or part-time hours with a flexible schedule. The role focuses on delivering pediatric therapy in families’ homes and community settings, empowering caregivers and supporting child development.

You’ll work within a supportive BAYADA team, with orientation, ongoing development, and 24/7 clinical support to ensure high-quality family-centered care.

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license in good standing.
• Birth-to-Five and/or Home Care experience preferred.
• Passion for family-centered, community-based care.

Responsibilities

• As an Early Intervention OT, you will partner with families using a coaching-based interaction style.
• You will empower caregivers with tools to support their child’s development.
• Deliver therapy in natural environments - homes, childcare settings, playgrounds, libraries, and more.
• Use electronic documentation for each visit.
• Complete weekly scheduled visits.

We are currently seeking passionate Per Diem or Part Time Occupational Therapists (OT) to join our Early Intervention and Pediatric team in Delaware. This territory covers Hockessin through Wilmington.
